With backing from FirstMark Capital and Y Combinator, Nextmv serves a global customer base spanning multiple industries - from logistics and retail to on-demand delivery. Their mission: enable developers to rapidly design, scale, and deploy custom decision services.
As an innovative platform serving multiple industries, Nextmv faced three critical challenges:
1) Defining a Clear Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
With use cases ranging from route optimization to supply chain decision-making, pinpointing the most profitable and accessible market segment was difficult. Nextmv’s value proposition was relevant across many niches, but broad targeting risked be too generic to be relevant.
