  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for lead nurturing, follow-up, and closing deals.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. This may include, but is not limited to, your credit card number, the expiration date, your billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.


The Service may employ the services of third parties for payment processing and Purchase completion. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide it to these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). At the end of each Billing Cycle, the Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled by the Subscriber or DMT Business Development Corp. The Subscriber may cancel their Subscription by providing timely termination notice to our team, as outlined in the Subscription Agreement.


A valid payment method, including wire transfer or Stripe invoice, is required to process payments. By submitting such payment information, the Subscriber authorizes DMT Business Development Corp. to either coordinate automatic billing or issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a specified deadline.

Fee Changes

DMT Business Development Corp. retains the right to modify Subscription fees at its discretion. Any changes will become effective at the conclusion of the current Billing Cycle. Subscribers will be provided with reasonable prior notification of any fee changes, allowing for Subscription termination before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service following the fee change constitutes agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Termination of Services

DMT Business Development Corp. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:


1. Client-Initiated Termination


The client may terminate the agreement with a written notice (e.g., 15/30-day notice), as per the contract terms.

Any outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled before termination.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the agreed refund policy.


2. Agency-Initiated Termination


DMT Corp. may terminate or suspend services without prior notice in the following cases:

Non-Payment – Failure to pay invoices within the agreed payment terms.

Breach of Agreement – Violation of any contractual obligations, including misuse of services.

Unethical Business Practices – If the client engages in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.

Abuse or Misconduct – Any abusive behavior towards DMT Corp.'s team members.

Non-Compliance with Data Privacy Laws – If the client requests services that violate GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, or similar regulations.


3. Effects of Termination


Upon termination, all ongoing campaigns and lead generation efforts will cease immediately.

The client may retain access to previously delivered leads, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Any confidential information shared during the engagement will remain protected under the confidentiality clause.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of DMT Business Development Corp. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. DMT Business Development Corp. neither owns nor controls these third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We do not warrant the offerings of any third-party entities or their websites. Indemnification
